Well, its too large obviously for the logo space.. try making a logo that can realistically be used in the following dimensions: 300px x 110px
That would be more reasonable dimensions, matching the current logo size.

Both are very simple, but they reflect what a community is about. A community is about connecting people, all over the world, and to share knowledge. I take pride in knowing I'm part of such a community, and regardless of problems we may have, CF has stuck through all of them.
As for it being simple, I don't feel that we truly need a complex logo for this site. I think a simple one in this case would really look better anyway..

Dont get me wrong "bahawolf" your logo is nice, but I dont think its soo much better that David will change it. The only way I can see him changing it is if someone comes up with something nice. Hey get on aim, I can make you a nice background and maybe you can add the some nice text and a slogan? For all we know it can come out great let me know
