Cleaning up my pc/some spec q's

Hey hows everyone doing? Lol, thanks for reading my thread. I'm currently have a couple q's.

1.) How good is my current computer? Like I've tried looking for benchmarks for the P4 3.06ghz but can't seem to find any. Is equal to or better than its AMD counterpart the AMD 64 3200+, or AMD 64 3400+? I ran cpu-z and heres a list of my specs.

2.) I'm still wondering if cpu-z gave me the correct ram specs. I always thought I had pc2700 ram, but it looks like I have pc3200 ram. However in the program it said it's max bandwidth was 200mhz. I cant seem to find any pc3200 ram at 200mhz, incase I wanted to upgrade... Any help here??
(Currently I have dual channels of 256mb, and 2 more free slots.)

3.) I'm planning to do some spring cleaning, like opening my case, and getting rid of the dust that has built up for the past year. What should I know when cleaning the inside of my case? Should I buy an anti-wrist wrap or a can of compressed air? Or can I just bring my vacum cleaner and use its hose to suck everything out?? Lol, I dont want to damage anything so please suggest something reasonable.

Well PC 3200 = DDR 400 = 200mhz

For cleaning your case all you should really need is a can of compressed air and just blow the dust off everything. Im not sure really what else you could do. Other people will probably know other things.

No, dont use your vacum it will cause static, well thats what some people have told me. Just get the compressed air and it should do the trick. Make sure you get into the cpu heat sink and give it a good clean. As for your computer I would says its ok, the only reason is you have 512 ram, and a integrated video card. Other then that its not bad. Def try to get another 512 into that machine. I think that your cpu is equal to a AMD 3000 not 100% sure though
