what mobo and vid card will i need.
both the card and mobo are high end, do i need low end stuff to make it work, because that would be pointless.

nah, you dont need low end stuff, just stuff that is supported.

dont try in vm ware. it will be REALLY slow. just do a native install.

its quite weird setting up a dual boot. but what you can do is download acronis disk director suite and from inside the menu on it, click on "install os selector" and it will find win xp and mac os and it will setup everything for u.
