Nah, I can use my account fine, it was just spamming my good email, but I'm going to change the email now.

Who was the sender of the emails? It may have very well been someone trying to trick you with emails (like a malicious link)..

Also, its not locking your account from your own use.. I know how it works because I have vBulletin for my own use. For the safety of the community, and to not inform anyone attempting to crack accounts, I won't go further with it.

No. Someone used a brute forcer on CF. And because the brute forcer sucked, and couldnt get the PW, it locked out hunters account.

I mean I have the same ip as someone on this forums. And hes half way across the US. Lets say he did this. That would also ban me!
