Well, I though for all you people that are new to computers, I would give you a basic run down on all the parts.
(RAM) - for program execution and short term data storage, so the computer doesn't have to take the time to access the hard drive to find something. More RAM can contribute to a faster PC. RAM is normally removable by being in slots on the motherboard.
Video Card, also known as the gpu. You dont need a high end video card unless you are into gaming or video/photo editing.
Processor, also known as CPU, is the component in a digital computer that interprets instructions and processes data contained in software
