ive heard about this, and its not a forcefield persay, but more like an EMP, in a lot of ways, in that it just disables the power of the projectile. of course its not an EMP but im just comparing it to that, because an emp disables things via almost a "force field"

It's not even anything like a force field or emp, it's a radar system that detects an incoming missile or rpg, then sends a projectile that disarms the missile, it basically just shoots the missile. It's nothing more than a much faster more precise movement tracking satelite gun. Nothing like a "Force Field" as they describe it. What is cool however is whatever this "counter measure" projectile is they talk about, whatever it is it is extremely fast and acurate.
