New website and forum?

Hey guys and gals. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how someone could make a website with all the forum goodies? How does one get topics to talk about and get so many people to come to it? The site I am working on is
Affiliate stuff and such

Very well worth it. There are a lot of people (like myself) who won't go on a Forum without vBulletin simply because they know things like PhpBB, Invision, others, don't cut it

Of course I'd like to recommend my own Forum Solution; but its not finished!
