Right i need a new motherboard for me Dell Dimension 2400 and i want it to be AGP or PCI-E and if anyone knows a site where i can get one for i would really really appreciate it thxs
P.S.I'm in a UK so if it's a american that got to be able to ship abroad

Make sure you contact Dell first, and ask them if the system is propietary.
Ussually with a DELL, you need to purchase any upgrades from them..

I don't see you meeting any issues if you change the board.. but, could you just get us the following specs:

What kind of socket does your CPU have?
If you have a video card, other than onboard, is using an AGP or PCI slot?
What type of RAM are you currently using?
What kind of power connector are you currently using? (20 or 24 pin?)
What type of form factor is the board? (ATX, AT, ect.)

Giving us these details will help us to help you.

It'd be sweet to know specs, but if it's THIS guy:

Then, from the inside look, it's this:

This must be a P4 2.8GHZ, onboard video and 256MB RAM. My bet would be this dude:

ASUS P4PE2-X

I don't really know where you can get it in the UK, but try your local shop or something.

The motherboards that he posted will work with your computer.
They are both AGP as well.
