power supply...which one can i use???

hello......i may have come to the point.my power supply has failed its a ibm 2193-35u (http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/quickPath.do?sitestyle=lenovo&quickPathEntry=2193-35u) and i got a older power supply...just wondering if it has to be atx compatiable?

or in other words, how can i tell what power supply i got in the computer now...and how can i tell what power supply i got to replace the old one that fried?

Call dell about another Power supply cause Dells Cases can only use Dell PSU's

got it working..it wasn't the power supply, the hard drive ide line was in backwards....and the battery wasn't in very tight..it works now, thanks for all the help...oh and by the way, it wasn't the dell computer thats mentioned in my sign. it was a different one i got.
