Some Sucky Motherboard
GeForce 6800
250 Gig Hardrive
1 Gig OF Ram
Sucky Compaq Case!!

I Wanna Upgrade My Case And Mobo

Now If I Get A New Motherboard Can I Take Out My Prossesor And Put It IN Or Is It Like Stuck ON ??

No, you can take it out. You'll need a Socket 939 motherboard. Might as well upgrade your video card while you're at it, if you want to. That one is getting a little old, but if it works for you then by all means keep it.
