Okay ive been doing alot of work trying to get Windows Picture and dax viewer going again and im not doing to well. I am just asking a quick question for now and i will post more later....
Im in HKCR\jpegfile. After setting the permissions so i can use it (dont know why this key didn't have a permission for me changes...maybe somthing to do with the KB912919 for (i think) the .wmf which stopped win fax working???Correct me if im wrong ) So now i deleted the command key then recreated it and added C:\WINDOWS\PAINT.EXE %1 restart explorer and click on a .jpeg file dosn't work. Now i go to control pannel>folder options>file types and change the program to say err Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7 now jpegfile command does not change when refreshed, however the .jpeg opens jasc paint shop pro. So this question is where in the registry is .jpeg command path stored???
