Windows Accounts going crazy

Recently I got a couple of spyware that I was able to get rid of in 2 hours but apparently it changed something on my registry because since then I cannot switch between windows accounts, I can only access one account if I log off the first one, it doesn't allow me to have both opena t the same time.

If this is the wrong forums to post this then please move it, but I really need this problem to be solved cause I have no idea what I have to change to put it back to normal.

And you've made sure Fast User Switching is enabled in control panel?
That's some pretty weird spyware, and may not be all gone if the problem isn't fixed. What have you used to scan it with?
