I have a Trojan Horse in my computer right now so I wanted to reformat. I have only one HDD in this computer and I cant use the same computer to format that HDD?

Reboot your system. Go into the BIOS and set your drive priority to: Optical Drive, Hard Drive, etc etc. After you've done that, save settings and reboot. I'm assuming you use Windows. Put your Windows Installation CD in the drive and the drive should read first. Then something like, "Press Any Key To Boot From CD" or something. After that, the Windows disk starts.

did u really expect it to format it while windows is running?
That's kinda like uninstalling a game at the same time that u are playing it.
Just follow the instructions on alvinos posts, and then when it comes to the partitions delete the old one(s) and make a new one(s).
