I was just at the Intel Developers Forum in San Fran, and speaking of AMD pacifica...I saw a small company there called Parallels, and their Workstation supports this upcoming architecture and therefore their VMs run at incredible speeds...i saw a demonstration...they also support the new Intel VT architecture as well

check them out at http://www.parallels.com if you have a need for virtualization

lol, i just went to the website and i registered. they sent me a confirmation email which i had to take with me! and thatas all, no buying of any tickets

i think its a worthwhile experience and you should definatley go! heaps to see, heaps to get, heaps to learn!
