When I lived on a farm I would find and play with centipedes. They looked exactly like that one, but where only 2-3 inches long. They just will crawl on ya unless you pi** em off, then yea they will bite ya. I should know ^_^.
I was just thinking if that thing got ahold of you, how would you get it off? Those pincers are enormous and it would bite you multiple time until you can figure out how to get it off.
