Video card comparisons.

I've heard NVIDIA is a top notch video card, but I was wonder how these two compare. They are in the laptops that I'm looking at. I'm not sure what discrete graphics memory or HyperMemory are really.

NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 7300 with 256MB GDDR2 discrete graphics memory

VS.

256MB ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON® X1400 HyperMemory

The 7300 is probably your best bet... It is a newer card. However, I'm not completely sure. They probably won't be too far apart.

They're probably identical in performance. Really, just buy whichever laptop is cheaper. The X1400 and Go 7300 are probably the same in performance. So, just get whichever laptop offers the better price and more features.
