well it said that they have the right to take action against me, but it didnt say that they will inform the police, so im guessing it was just a warning. i replied with an "im sorry, i was just trying to see if the game was worth buying" type answer.

one more question, since i wont be downloading anything again, i wanted apples iLife, and my teacher just got a new powerbook, and i wanted to know if it comes with an install cd for iLife, so i could borrow it from her.

That's wierd, I have Rogers too, and they never sent me an email like that. The only email they have is the one they supplied me with (@rogers.com). But I never use it, and forgot the password and all. So I don't know...
