He is trying to get a higher end price. He has two acounts so he can place a item and then bid on it so it pushes the persons reserve bid higher and higher....i don't think that it is legal either....

Ok, now im pissed, The original price was 9 dollars, i set my max bid last week on thursday to 20 dollars, then he ups his max 19 dollars. So i up my max to 45 just in case, now today he raised his price again, So i decided to raise mine to 50 dollars and no more, but it appears that his max is beyond that. Just pissed.
