PSU enough power?

i have a xg vigor 450.
im wondering if it is sufficient enough to sli 2 7900 gt's and a amd 4400+

and if i power both of the cards on one connector will it be enough?

also i see some psu's with sli ready.. what does this mean and do i have to get a sli ready psu to sli 2 cards:|

For sli i dont think soo. You want atleast 550 for sli if not more..

The SLi certified power supplies can guranatee to work with your specs. 550 watts deliver a lot of power and should be adequate. I would get an Antec 550watt SLi power supply.

Absolutely. No less than 550watts if you want to use two video cards in SLi configuration.

sli demands a lot of power. 2 high end video cards like the 7900gt's will definitely need a lot of power. the minimum is 550... any less than that probly won't power them, or you won't be able to get the most out of those cards
