setting access privilages in xp

how do you set up access privilages for programs in windows xp like in osx?

no, i want to change the privileges for specific programs on different users

i need to know how do that too.. diasbling the ability to right click desktop, hiding hard drives etc..

tried to find a program for it no such luck

well disabling the ability to right click the desktop i think would need some registry tweaks.

yeah but that doesnt stop you right clicking and stuff...do you mean the sorta thing they do at schools?

yeah my school does that they disabled the right click in the taskbar
