How the crap do I get into my bios? lol

depends on the mobo, it's usually delete or some F key.
Just boot up and it should say something like "press F2 to enter bios"

it may also say "enter setup" instead of "enter bios".

Ok I got into my Bios vIA the f1 key but they are boring I cant change any thing grr this makes me mad no my comp isnt messed up or any thing but I just wanted to check em out grr

You don't really need to change anything in the bios unless you are having some kind of problem or you are overclocking.

I agree bios is a dangerous place to play in my friend. Understand what you are doing and move carefully no need to burn your PC to bits.
