Any MP3 tag editors?

I am looking for an app that will go through a directory I specify, grab the filename (artistname - songtitle.mp3) and automatically tag the MP3 with the artistname and song title and clear all the other data. I have all my MP3s neatly named and what not but my MP3 player doesn't see that instead it sees the tags and displays them... There's too many to do one by one so I'm hoping that one of yall came across something similar to this. Any help?

The only way I've ever found of doing this is going through them 1 by 1 in WinAMP and manually editing them. The best way to do this is when you listen to a song, change it, and then move it into a folder. It takes too long to do them one by one without doing anything else.
