how do you figure out an AMD processors clock speed?

right click 'My computer' and click 'properties'.

Or look at the specs on newegg or something

I don't think you can do maths to work it out or anything (although I could be wrong)

the clock speed is what it says it is lol, or do u mean compared to an intel? in that case its roughly an amd 64 3200+ is equal to an intel 3.OGHZ but the amd would perform better in gaming

you guys dont get what im saying. im asking is it possible to figure out the clock speed of an AMD processor by just looking at the FSB or model # (example: 2800, 3200, 3700+)

why not just look at the specs online? and keep in mind a cpus clock speed is FSB x Multiplyer = clock speed

go to www.newegg.com and then put the model of the cpu in the search. Then check it's clockspeed.
