you should be able to. On your RAM it should say default timings.

My rams defult timings are 2.5-4-4-7 I think.

Before I do this, I was wondering happens if I put the VDD volt up to 1.7/8 from 1.6?

VDD is chipset voltage and it will send more volts of electricity to your chipset... The result is more poser for higher overclockings... which also means more heat..

The FX-60 is overkill, get somethign more realistic. Such would be the AMD Athlon X2 4400+, this is assuming you still want the Toledo core.

I have a good idea, but I just didn't know what the VDD was.

I did that, and it still bsod's
