Well, me and The Power today were working on my pc. He helped a lot but we mostly worked together.
We went to Comp USA today and I bought a Zalman 92mm half aluminum half copper heatsink.
He bought a new mouse (logitech 518) and a headset (logitech)When we came home to my house, we took out the mobo and other parts.
So when we wanted to put the processor back in the socket. I said to The Power, "Hey, one of the pins is broken, the CPU is not fitting in the socket.!"
And I gave it too him and he even couldn't find the broken pin.
So I went out of the room to get a magnifying glass, when The Power wanted to see if he could get the CPU on the socket. And when he did, IT WORKED!
I found out that I alligned the processor accordingly to the socket 939 version (I have socket 754).
So today was a fun day of computer upgrades and parts and we are just about ready to put on my new heatsink, I could not excited.
