Will this run well with every this it has? and if so will it be any good and one other thing that i wanted to ask you guys how much do you think my old computer will sell for the specs are

Windows Xp5.1 build 2600 Service pack 2

512 mb of ram

cpu sleep 1838.7 mhz 1.84 ghz

NIVDIA Geforce Fx5200|Netmeeting driver |Rdpdd chined dd

CD/DVD TOSHIBA DVD ROM SD M1202

80 gig hard drive

At a quick glance i think it should all run.

One thing im curious about is that you are getting a micro-atx board, but an atx case. The advantage to at micro-atx board is its smaller, but your still getting a larger case. Why not just get an atx board? then you could get one with better features, such as pci-e!?

Would it be better if i got a

ECS PT880Pro-A (1.0A) Via Socket 775 ATX Motherboard / Audio / AGP 8x/4x / PCI Express Lite / 10/100 Ethernet LAN / USB 2.0 / Serial ATA / RAID

and put a

Intel Pentium 4 631 3.0GHz / 2MB Cache / 800MHz FSB / Hyper-Threading / OEM / Socket 775 / Cedar Mill / Processor

in it?

Gameing and hosting im tired of lag and my comp is pretty old and can play wow and all the other games but lags a bit 2 much for me 2 be happy and its time for a new comp so all the parts i got is going to run for a bout 750 with shiping

How much have u got to spend??

If its pure gaming, go with amd. maybe an AMD 3500+ or if u have the money AMD X2 3800+ and get a good graphics card. 7800 gt or gtx will drop in price when the 7900 series comes out in a week or so!!!

not that much around 800 is it better to have a higer buss speed and lower ghz? like would 2000mhz buss speed and 2.0 Ghz be better than a 3.0GHz with 800MHZ buss speed

yes a 2000mhz amd would be better than a 3GHz P4, the reason is because amd cpus do more per clock than an intel which makes them perfect for gaming, u should have a look at ASUS amd motherboards and some amd cpus, i recommend the 3500+ but if u dont have the money go for the 3200+, as for graphics card make sure u get a motherboard with a pci-e slot and an evga 6800gs, i noticed u picked an agp before, agp is outdated and pci-e is now the way to go, so check all that out and tell us what u pick.
