my system when switched on normally loads windows and then says out of frequency and the monitor goes of. i am able to open in the safe mode. kindly help me please

Boot in safe mode. Right click on your desktop, go to properties. Then go to appearance, change the resolution to 1024 x 768 (Reccomended) or 800 x 600. Press OK; Reboot.

ya. my computer did that when i installed linux suse. I hade to reinstall the os in order for it to work.

all you have to do is change refresh rate to like 60.. this should do the trick

try changing the refresh rate, this should resolve most of such issues.
