watching live cam from site

is there a way to where you can set up your cam on your computer so if you go to a site from a diff comp u can see on the site what the cam is looking at what is going on in your room or where ever the cam is set up?

yes it's definitely possible, I just don't know how to.
Just try google or something to find out how.
