How do I unistall my network interface?

How do I unistall my network interface?

I want to uninstall my netowrk interface and then I think windows is supposede to reinstall it? If windows doesnt than I guess ill do it myself. I want to uninstall then reinstall it becuase it is corupted(I think) and someone from another topic told me to do this.

Go into Device Manager-
Windows XP
Right-click on My Computer, go to properties, go to hardware, go to Device Manager.
Click on the + sign next to network adapters. Right-click the network adapter, and click uninstall- it's gone! Scan for new hardware changes to bring it back (If XP has the driver, and it should)
Why are you wanting to uninstall this device? Is it causing you problems? Have you tried any other troubleshooting?
