its called WindowBlinds, http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/
you can download it, but u can only use it 4 i think its 60days, then u have 2 pay 4 it, you get the skins from here, http://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=1

wot program ya usin 2 overclock it, coz i only need about 200MHz 2 get 2 3.8GHz, or i mite go higher 2 4GHz, wen i get a new cpu fan then hu will have the highest lol

Well, I could go to 4GHz, however, the temperatures do become a little to high when under a load. However, from 2.8 to 3.64 is an 804Mhz increase. What is the higest yours will go to?

lol yeh that would be gd, i dont no the highest it would go and im not goin 2 try coz i want 2 get a new cpu fan b4 i try it, the highest i have put it at is 3.6, which is ok i guess

Well, I could have mine go higher, howeber, there is a slight risk. So I much rather not risk it. However, I'm sure I could OC it to 4GHz just once to show you guys!
