The blackberry...

ok so this summer i think im going to replace my phone which sucks... i was looking at phones from my provider, and they have a blackberry, but i heard they are currently in some type of legal trouble, would it be worth it to try and get one of these this summer?

p.s. do we have like a cell phone section? if we dont we need one...

the blackberry isnt bad, but what i hate about it is that its so big and bulky. i tried one out at price club. it has some pretty cool features...who's your provider? i have t-mobile...i hate tmobile. but i know they have blackberrys
