Need help with bios!

Yeah, I need to flash my bios, because I dual paritioned my hard drive, and linux installed its boot option in the bios. And i need to get bios that will overwrite that. I dont remember where i got my last ones. But I had the AO2. And it looks like theres AO6... Hell I dont know. Just I have a dell Dimnetsion 9100. And I need bios for it please

Dell Dim 9100. I put linux on the hard drive, and it installed boot options on the mobo.. So, i need to flash them.. Because I deleted the linux partition, but the boot option was still there. And I can disable it from msconfig. But.. Im not sure what one to delete, and i dont wanna delete the windows one.. So yeah.. lol..
