Crash over night

Hi
It seems that my computer restarts over night... I dnt know what time or why
before i goto sleep i leave winamp on to listen to music and next morning i wake up my computer was restarted i dont know why so can any one help me...
and every time i play counter-strike my computer shuts down and makes this stupid noise like beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep untill i turn off the power supply and when i checked the cpu it was pretty hoter then it would usuly be but why? i have a okay computer well if you can please help me...

It might be overheating throughout the course of the night, that will cause it to restart. You probably need some better cooling solutions. What sort of temperatures are you getting(idle and load) and also please post your computer specs.

Get some temperature readouts for us. Yeah, high temps can cause that to happen. Power could also be an issue too. It's up for grabs, whatever the problem it may be.

I dont know what temps is there any way i can find out and stuff?

You can check them in the BIOS or you can download a specific program to monitor them while logged on to windows.

Again, posting your computer specs will help.
