Also, my AGP slot is 1x/2x/4x/8x. And my current AGP speed is 4x. Right now it says "Current AGP speed is lower than maximum supported. This may cause performance penalty."

And the x700 pro is 4x/8x, so will it automatically go to 8x then since I support it?

It should. If not, then go into BIOS and set it to 8x. That's typically the norm these days running on AGP.

Do you think I will have to disable my integrated card?

I went into the settings on the start-up and I couldn't find anything on disabling the integrated card.

I would try installing the video card first to see if the motherboard will automatically override the integrated video controllers. I think it should be ok. I installed an AGP video card before on someone else's PC that also was using integrated video. I just popped it in and turned it on. Bam, it worked.
