250W PS with a Radeon x700 Pro

He should get by with that 350watt PSU for that particular PC. If he had better hardware in there, then a bigger PSU would be better. I would personally go for a 400watt for the heck of it.

It's a trial software, but it will tell you in the Computer Summary part about your RAM speed, such as PC3200, PC2700, etc. My RAM are PC3200's in dual channel.

I only see on motherboard it says 2 DDR DIMM slots.

Oh here we go I see it, had to look under Motherboard > Chipset.

Yup, that's what you need to get. Any RAM that is PC2700. That's DDR333.
