That monitor looks terrible. I wouldn't get it. The motherboard and CPU don't work together; you have an AMD motherboard and an Intel CPU. Not sure about the PSU but it looks okay, I might go with a more trusted name though. Case looks iffy. Don't get 64-bit Windows yet, driver support is terrible. Those fans are probably going to be noisy, if that matters to you. Everything else looks alright. I can't really say whether you can play any games on it because you'll have to choose another motherboard or processor, but it looks as though you'll be able to play everything just fine.

you're right. i looked back at it now, and i fixed those conflicts. i had to redo some parts cuz they went out of stock, so i just picked some crap out that looked like it had the same techspecs and i didn't notice. thanks for pointing those out

Mobo and cpu don't work.

Get a more respected name in speakers (logitech, Altec Lansing, Creative). Not sure if Klipsch (sp?) is respected but I would trust someone like logitech better.

I hear clear cases are bad and are not very supportive.

With a few touches, you can get one awesome rig.

I think that if you got better trusted brands, it would be great!

I duno that mobo and proc...dont go togother was that a real mistake? Cause if it wasnt then maybe you shouldnt build your own computer... NO OFFENCE!

and if you guys can find a better set of speakers (preferably on newegg, so i can ship it all at once..) let me know, cuz this set is expensive as hell..

sidenote: i went for the black and silver look (case, monitor, keyboard, speakers).. with blue lights (mousepad, mouse, internal)

I suggest upgrading to a 19 inch montior, you can really see the difference between 17 and 19.

i've been looking at comparable 19" monitors, and the resolutions are the same.. what am i paying extra for?
