OK, since I putted these two fans, my CPU is at 76C idle...and went down with the cooling I got in (Window and PC door open)

OK, WTH is happeing?

BTW, I run virtual PC and it eats half of my CPU...could be why...

BTW is by the way.

Why in the world does this CPU gets that high like that? Could it be my case?

I have a pretty crappy case myself and my CPU doesn't run that hot. It's got to be the thermal compound. Try regreasing it and put the stock heatsink back on. What's the motherboard temp. or the ambient temperature? If it's relatively cool, then it's the CPU cooling that isn't working the way it's suppose to.

I don't know, quite very well be the thermal connection between the heatsink and the cpu, I'd try buying some thermal paste and trying that out.

Even with more fans, if the air isn't flowing in a good direction, in and out of the case, temps can climb. Too much air can be just as bad as not enough sometimes....

Your system is hotter than my GPU, lol. Are the fans facing the right way? Everything should act as an exhaust except for side panel and front fans. Maybe the CPU fan is on backwards or something.
