You've come back, I thought you would, I do hope you are joking about wishing you had got into porn stock.~mr mixx~ said:That is why it's empire is in the billions..Men are attracted to images and are aroused by visual stimulation..i should have got into porn stock along time ago..j/k
YE GODS I'm speechless for once!!, it can never be a healthy part of life, nudes, that's a different thing altogether, & if you can't see the difference, then I'm sorry for you.root said:I misread that as porno sock...
as far a porn being healthy... you have to think that porn does make people very self consious...
I mean whether you're male or female, if you look at porn, you are not going to see people of natural proportions doing natural things...
I think that porn can be a healthy part of life, but it has to be a healthy part of life, not an obsession and certainly not something to base your life or learning on...
root said:you see... that's not healthy porongraphy.
that's quite dirty pronography...
By healthy porn, I mean people of natural proportions, doing quite natural things.
and not in large groups.
.
perhaps we have different ideas of what pornography actually is...Pornography definition [Concise English Oxford Dictionary] "Printed or visual material intended to stimulate sexual appetite", no mention of nudes or "healthy" porn, you notice, OK for minors to view, huh?, I don't think so.
So could a film of two people kissing count as pornography? is it designed to stimulate sexual appetite?"Printed or visual material intended to stimulate sexual appetite",
I'm calming down, sorry, I have a short fuse these days, I have good days & bad days with my health, but that's no excuse, now you've explained yourself better, & I accept what you've said today.root said:no, but also no mention of the disgusting porn that your friend had either...
and asuming that that video you mentioned didn't stimulate sexual appetite, then it could be considered not poronography?
the point is that the word pornography covers such a vast range of things.
right from art, to nudes, all the way through to violent scenes and child porn.
now pictures of children wouldn't stimulate me, but it still gets called porn right?
there's a lot of porn that I don't find stimulating, but that doesn't really take away from the fact that it is porn.
as far as children seeing pornography,
would a bill board for wonderbra count as pornography?
as for OK for minors to see. I think that it really depends on what you count as a minor...
under 10? 12? 16? 18? 21?
in the UK the age for consentual sex is 16, yet the age rating for pornography is 18...
so a 16/17 year old could make a porn film but not watch it?
anyway, back to the definition of pornography.
So could a film of two people kissing count as pornography? is it designed to stimulate sexual appetite?
surely that is healthy
and if not, then why could you find that on the TV/in the street at any time of day, and yet also find it on the top shelf in a video store?
the point that I am trying to make is that not all pornography is unhealthy, or sick or depraived.
abnd not all pornography, necessarilly should only be viewed by people over 18...
yet as far as setting an age limit, or defining what people should or shouldn't be allowed to see, or even determening what is nice and what is sick...
I wouldn't even know where to start drawing the lines on that.
