You're right, it is possible to decompile something.

My points were, it doesn't decompile exactally to what the orignal source was.

Lots of times when I've decompiled you end up with a lot of goto and cryptic code making understanding it difficult.

Each compiler compiles differently. This would give you tons of different source codes that are suppose to do the same thing. Even two different programs compiled by the same compiler would decompile differently, depending on compiler settings.

Windows is about 100-150 Million lines of code. Not many people have the resources to sit around and decompile all that...

Nothing we can't do? How bout write a secure && bug free version of Windows.

I don't appreciate it you being condescending towards me. Also, your words might carry more weight if you were old enough to have a degree in something. Hopefully by the time you're old enough to get a degree you'll mature enough to help someone instead of try to make them look and feel inferior.
