Go to safe mode and then scan with norton. If it can't remove it in safe mode then find the file (norton should say where it found it from) and then delete it.
If it's inside some important file then u can't delete the whole file because it could mess up the OS.
But safe mode is ur best bet.

Not sure what that program is, Google has very little on it. Chance are that Norton is detecting it as one thing, but it's actually another. If it is spyware, Norton is not designed to remove spyware, you need a separate program for that. I just search Norton (Symantec's Web site) for the exact title of this post, and nothing came back, which means, Norton doesn't actually know what it is.
I would recommend downloading two, make that three programs, all free.
1. Microsoft Antispyware Beta
2. Spybot Search and Destroy
3. AdAware SE Personal Edition
Download those three, update them, and scan. One of those should remove what Norton sees, plus more that it doesn't see.
