Zalman or Ninja CPU Cooler??

I am on the procces of buying a new CPU fan to replace the Stock One. I came upon theese two models, and am not able to decide on which, could you guys help me out?? Loudness is not a problem. The main thing I am looking for is to lower my CPU Tems. I will be using Artic Silver 5 thermal paste.

So far I have seen theese two which fit into my 40-50 dollar budget

ive heard that one isnt as good as the other he posted, the problem with zalmans is that they get dust stuck in them pretty easily and it affects its cooling performance quite a bit, i would know because ive used them, i think this would be much better http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106061

is actually a really good one. I've seen benchmark's for this one and in some tests it beats water cooling. This one http://www.xoxide.com/zalman-7700-cu-cpu-cooler.html most people use. It's a rather good fan too. I would go with the first however, just because the benchmark's I've seen were remarkable for it, considering price/performance ratio.
