Good Enough Computer

I am building a new computer for graphic design (mainly photoshop and flash) and gaming. I plan on playing Half-Life 2, which I run fine on my current PC, and FEAR, which I cannot currently run. I will be getting:
AMD 3200+ Venice
ASUS ASUS A8N-SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI
Patriot Signature Series 1GB DDR 400 (PC 3200)
XFX Geforce 6600GT 128mb
Western Digital 120Gb HDD

Will this be a good enough computer to run games such as FEAR on decent settings and games like Half-Life 2 on high settings?

Thanks,

how much RAM?
Other than that..I dont think it can run it on the best quality. But it may run it still.

Yeah about the video card... I don't have enough for a 256 straight off, so I am getting one 6600GT now and another in a month or so for SLI.

That should be good though I don't know anything about that RAM. You might want to invest in some good Corsair or OCZ RAM, but get other input before you change that, that RAM may be spectacular, I just can't say.
