if we were talking about of all time, its 111000. not even kidding. took a dude over a day, but he did that many at an average of 77 a minute.
i just want to know how mnay in a MINUTE.
i just want to know, its not that big of a deal

All those answers dont make sense, how can some one do 567 in 1 min. Thats like 4 in 1 second!

The most number of situps in one hour using an abdominal frame is 8,555 which works out to be approximately 143 a minute..........
