Motherboard Q?

Hey I'm not a very computer savy person but I'll do my best to explain this.
I have an Alienware comp ( Dual Pentium 4 3.00 GHz processor, 1 gig of ram, Nvidia GeForce FX 5900XT, 120 Gig hard drive, etc...) that I wanted to put a new graphics card in but when i opened it up i noticed their is no pci express slot. The motherboard is a ASUS P4C800-E. I figured I need to replace the motherboard but have no idea of where to start, or where to look to get a new one. If anyone could just give me some advice on what to but and where to get it I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

If you wana replace the motherboard, you will have to remove anything and everything from it put in the new one and everything back together. Id check to see if my PSU was good enough to hold your graphics card.
