You want a low spec PC? I'll give ya one:

IBM Aptiva M40
Pentium 75MHZ
1GB HDD
64MB RAM (There used to be 8MB RAM in it)
0.1MB Video card (BEST resolution: 800x600 256colors)
Sound blaster 16 Sound Card
ISA Ethernet adapter (can't make it work due to stupid driver issues
Windows 95a (Should run Windows 3.1)
1X CD drive (The crappy stuff)
The BEST IBM floppy drive (I have another one, from my old 486 that still works as new!)
Am I using it? Yes, otherwise, it would be in garbage
this is my 5th rig

It is quiet...that's the pros on that

Here's a tip dude.

Ask your parents for money, save up 1000, and build your own gaming computer. Tell your parents that you'll do anything, bring home good grades, and tell them you won't need another computer for 3 years. Then you're good to go. 700MHz computer will NOT feel different than your current one; trust me on this. I went and bought a 700MHz processor and motherboard from a guy for 60$, next thing you know, it burnt out. :( Just save your time.

hmmm...

computers I have...

I have, (and still use) a p233 with 32MB of ram, but it's a laptop, so it's not so bad, I'm not using it for gaming, just browsing the internet at home...

Under my desk here at work is a p90 with 16MB ram... but it's not used, (I have the same spec in a laptop at home as well... but again it's not used.

I have a P333 cyrix socket 7 based machine that I plan to use...
and I have a p415(actually it's a 333 that I've over clocked)
it has 198MB of RAM (it's all I had spare at the time)
and it runs windows server 2003 sharing the internet and running websites at home...

another computer that I have but don't use is a BBC micro...
but that's a different story, and barely passes as a computer.
