In the UK we have the biggest spy base in the world called Menwith Hill, it's capable of listening to over 100,000 phone calls a hour,monitor thousands of RF transmissions a day, monitor 30% of all UK internet traffic continuously. However even with this capability they are unable track everyone and if you've got the right knowledge (like me 
) you can make yourself invisable to any outside trackers,scanners,listening devices and even on the internet you can create unbreakable (at the moment) encrypted connections, which make you untrackable.
I personally don't deploy these methods (well maybe sometimes ) because I don't have anything to hide and couldn't care less if someone wants to monitor/track me.

That's a good point, but those NSA people could care less of the politics. I've been watching too much "Enemy of the State". Government can be cruel when they need to be.
Ok my opinion on this is simply. If your name is osma last name. And you talk to a guy that lives in afganstain every month whose name is osma bin laden um frankly I perfer they listen to you. I feel safer with them listening to us talking about issues like this. Not because they might pick up on the issue and do somthing about it. But because they might discover a plot that would idk kill poeple? In fact the reason I think terrioists haven't touched the america sicne 9/11 is because of this! I don't like bush but I think this is one of his smarter moves. Frankly we shouldn't even be talking like this as in that we know about htis program. Because if we know about it that means your local terrioist knows too and will figure out a way around it. Frankly i've preached aganist bush a lot, i've said if he dies I wouldn't care and things along those lines. If the CIA or NSA or w/e is watching me they'll find out the following things. I like to party a lot. I go to school. I have 2 parents. I have a sister. I love computers. Working on opening up my computer business. And lots of other stuff. Which I highly doubt would interset them. I also don't think this is somting "new" i'm sure past presdients have used it as well. In fact with bill clinton and his fooling around. There is evidence that almost every single president fooled around. BUsh isn't doing nothing that any other president has done. Expect get caught. I mean if they find out again that you enjoy porn or somthing like um 99% of all the guys out there um they really culd careless. Now if its kiddie or somthing thats illegal anyways then yea. Also um I frankly could care less if they watch me. As long as it doesn't affect my internet speed.

One thing. They won't be there monitoring every phone call and recording each one stating that if a words said, it's recorded compeltly. They wouldn't have the computers to monitor EVERY phone call. Think how many people make a phone call every second. I'm sure not even half the computers in the world could process each and every phone call simultaniously and live like that'd be expected of.
Plus, over here in the UK, even if thats true, i don't tihnk we have that in place. Though I wouldn't advise us saying anything either to test it. Though I don't think it'd be triggered by the same words

Hehe, if it is true, you may find it's your phone doing it. All phones might have a computer inside them monitoring what you say. As soon as you say one of those words, it starts sending the data to them. Now thats scary huh?
