Where Is It??

OK,
so my mom has this pop under that appears when she logs her google page.
if i go to the task manager i can see it there, "ADULT DATING" or something like that. but how can i trace where it is hiding? from the task manager i can end task, but it wont show where it is hiding!
there must be a way of looking at where it is comming from? any idreas?

try a simple search for files and folder. make sure you have all hidden files and system files included.

run a adware check! see if it can detect any browser hijacks.

look in add/removie programs and see if theres anything there that is likely to causing it

try a pop up blocker! google toolbar has one! along with some other nice features!

sounds like spyware to me, run spybot and adaware and see if they find anything, if not then just search files and folders, sometimes they can even be uninstalled from add/remove programs
