thats really low...my computer scores higher

Looking through this thread it would look like it is about average scores, and it is a stock computer, I have not made any changes, overclocking etc. I would be interested in improving the scores, but without an initial outlay in cost. I have googled the M/B etc and I am unable to determine the overclocking abilities, I have looked at the guides by a few people, but I think I might need to update the bios.....

Whether its low or not, I am not interested in getting into the mines better then yours arguement I am looking for constructive and informative advice.....Thanks all the same

i was 15,714 with dual 6600gt, now im about 9.4k because one of my 6600gt's fans died and therefore i have to wait to get a new fan

My guess is your computer isnt completly stable because of your overclock. You could try raising your voltage on your cpu or just lowering the FSB.
