well I know that video is real, but where did u get the 280mph?
And yes it could be true, since 280 mph is like a snail in aviation.

Nasa built an aircraft which I think got past mach 10, which would be about 6600 mph. And normal jets can go to about mach 1.6 - mach 2, which would then be 1056 mph - 1320 mph.

So yeah, it can be true, but it isn't anything magnificent.
