The X600 sucks. ATI doesn't even make it anymore because it became obsolete with the X700. The 6600 GT is the way to go. Also, HyperMemory isn't that great, even if it sounds cool. If you have plenty of RAM, you don't need it. What it does is that it acts like Integrated Video and shares RAM from your main system memory.
